Avintiv Media was referred to Dr. Tim (owner of Healthy Smiles) after him expressing not being happy with his current website, social media, and also how the marketing agency he previously hired was taking advantage of his lack of knowledge in the digital marketing space.

About

Dr. Tim Anastassatos has been a dentist for over 27 years in the state of Arizona and has owned Healthy Smiles for 10 years.

Challenge

Healthy Smiles, just like many companies in 2017, run into the same issues with trying to keep up with technology, marketing, growing their brand, and many more pain points. Dr. Tim is phenomenal with being a dentist but didn’t want to learn or teach himself how to build a website, create campaigns on social media, or drive more traffic to his business. He wanted to hire a trustworthy company that would provide him with solutions to all of his problems and seamlessly work with his company so it’s a fluid system.

Solution

We noticed that Healthy Smiles’ website was very outdated, the website wasn’t mobile responsive, and there was nothing set up to track his website traffic to tell him what was and wasn’t working. We started this project with simply focusing on Healthy Smiles’ website redesign. We started this process through our discovery stage where we spend time getting to know our client, their industry, their customers, and what they would look for in the ideal website.

We began researching key colors and typography for visitors to feel safe and a trustworthy feeling when going to the Healthy Smiles website. The dental industry is one of the hardest industries to persuade a customer away from their current provider so we wanted to make the Healthy Smiles brand as trustworthy and friendly as possible. We made sure Healthy Smiles had the latest design style for 2017, backend automation for clients scheduling appointments, newsletters and email marketing, landing pages for lead generation, proper on-page and off-page SEO, and many more industry standard features.

Results

Once the website was completed and Dr. Tim had a great experience working with Avintiv Media, he wanted to bring more traffic to his website, social media channels, and in-turn grow his business. We did another discovery stage with Healthy Smiles and learned everything needed to successfully and cost effectively grow Healthy Smiles to meet his goals. Since then, we have been managing Healthy Smiles’ social media accounts, Facebook Advertising, SEO, lead generation initiatives and the ROI has been record breaking.
