GOAL

We teamed up with Go Guarded’s ownership to build a digital presence that embodied their brand’s strength.

After a string of poor experiences with other marketing vendors, the Go Guarded team was ready for a transformation. They wanted a fully redesigned website, an SEO strategy to compete with top players in the self-defense space, and content that spoke to their audience in a way that felt empowering.

PROBLEM

Go Guarded’s website needed a boost in functionality and performance. It was outdated, repeatedly went offline, and didn’t communicate the impact and innovation behind their products.

Beyond design issues, they needed a stronger SEO foundation that brought new online customers. While competitors dominated high-volume search terms, Go Guarded struggled to rank, despite offering superior products and a stronger brand story.

SOLUTION

We began by conducting a full discovery session to understand Go Guarded’s brand voice, core audience, and the emotional nuance required to talk about personal safety without using fear-based language.

From there, we rebuilt their website from the ground up, incorporating strategic design elements that focused on trust, education, and conversion. We also deployed multi-phase SEO and content strategies to help Go Guarded dominate non-branded keywords, outperform competitors, and expand their organic reach.

We designed and developed a fully custom, mobile-optimized e-commerce website powered by WooCommerce. The site features custom iconography, enhanced product pages, seamless navigation, and a scalable backend to support future growth. We also resolved persistent technical issues by migrating to a more stable hosting environment.
