OVERVIEW

RWH Energy is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) verified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. RWH assists its clients in achieving strategic sustainability goals through energy efficiency or renewable and sustainable generation.

We partnered with the owner and leadership team to do a brand overhaul and strategically position them for greater success. This included a well-thought-out brand strategy, brand identity, and a custom 15+ Wordpress website.

GOAL

The goal was to be positioned as a much more credible and authoritative company to be able to work with much larger customers, and we did just that.

PROBLEM

The main challenge for our marketing agency was neglecting our own needs while prioritizing client requirements. AVINTIV's remarkable growth has consistently directed our resources toward client projects, leaving our internal needs unaddressed.

As we've matured, our branding and positioning have become outdated, making it challenging to relate to our own identity. To address this, we've recognized the importance of treating our internal processes like client projects. This realization has led us to embark on a comprehensive AVINTIV WAY brand-building journey, ensuring our identity aligns with our growth and propels us to the next level.

SOLUTION

We initiated the extensive AVINTIV WAY brand-building process, resulting in a complete overhaul of our brand. Our team guided us through a comprehensive brand workshop, leading to the revamp of our brand identity, brand guide, brand voice and messaging, marketing collateral, and a customized website.

Leaving no detail unattended, we prioritized delivering top-notch quality to ourselves, aiming to replicate the exceptional experience our clients have when working with us.

Brand Identity

As a top branding and marketing agency, we aimed for a uniquely perfect brand overhaul—one that screams ICONIC. Recognizing market shifts, we rebranded AVINTIV to stay ahead. We streamlined the logo and logomark for a minimal yet bold look and chose timeless and energetic colors. Incorporating celebratory confetti symbolizes the energy and "celebrity" archetype embedded in every project. Shades like Gray Asparagus form a mature foundation, aligning with our unwavering commitment to being in the trenches with our clients. Gallery grey and Onyx black contribute to an unparalleled look and feel not yet explored in our market. Coupled with fresh messaging, art direction, and an overall theme, AVINTIV now stands out uniquely, embracing a position unlike any other agency in the market.

A key focus for us in enhancing our brand was directed toward our marketing collateral—an embodiment of a brand's personality, voice, and essence. As our brand underwent a transformative evolution, embracing maturity and exuding iconic energy, it became evident that our marketing collateral needed a makeover. We aspired to cultivate a brand voice that strikes a balance between maturity and vibrancy, capturing attention without being overly loud. While our messaging and claims are bold and impactful, the designs take a more subtle approach, employing shapes, bubbles, lines, and various objects for a nuanced effect. Our strategy aims to grab attention with strong words and messaging, yet subtly tone it down to avoid being too overwhelming. This strategy exemplifies our ability to seamlessly blend creativity with the mastery of building iconic brands, exuding a confident and captivating presence.

Recognized as a leading U.S. web design agency, we aimed to make our website truly exceptional. Understanding its role in showcasing our capabilities to the world, we took a minimal, modern, and futuristic approach to our UI/UX designs, anticipating market trends over the next three to five years. Incorporating advanced AI and technology, we ensured the website was cutting-edge, surpassing industry standards. Our process involved detailed wireframes, custom mockups in Figma, and development with the latest animations and functionality, pushing boundaries for a standout online presence.
